Web site provides 24 hour quotes, but referrals are only made on business days. The company honors the quotes made through the web site.NX had engaged a carrier 6 AM on Monday morning from a Saturday evening booking. The carrier picked up my car from my nephew's house on the first open day I gave. The driver was polite and took 360 degree pictures of my vehicle before loading. These pictures were included in the pickup report made by the carrier. The transit time quoted by the carrier was comparable to my own transit time, and a ****** map app included with the pickup report permitted real-time tracking of the carrier's location. The driver contacted me when he was about 30 miles away. He had some difficulty finding my residence address, but he kept advising me of his position. The driver had unloaded my vehicle a short distance away, and drove it to my house. No additional damage was noted. I would use NX transport again. I was very satisfied with the experience.

Mary was incredible to work with! I had been going back and forth for 2 weeks working with other companies that did a horrible job with communicating and explaining how this processed worked, and giving me quotes that were inaccurate. It was horrible... UNTIL I found Mary! She took the time to explain how everything worked and was very honest and up front about how I would get charged, and she was able to find me a driver to deliver my vehicle on the very same day (I had been trying to find a driver for 2 weeks with other companies). Mary needs a raise! She is so good at her job!!! Thanks Mary!!

Had a nice experience working with Mary C and NX Auto Transport. My car arrived safe and sound as promised. I took off one star because the driver who showed up wasnt aware of some of the things Mary advised me of (that he was supposed to take cash with him at time of pickup) and also a $75 port fee was added AFTER my car had already shipped (no choice but to accept it I guess). Overall, very happy with their service and I do recommend them.

I ultimately use NX because a co-worker just used them and was satisfied. Mary helped me set everything up in a timely manner and even helped adjust the pickup date. I transported a 69 Ford from northern PA to Tucson AZ in an enclosed trailer. The pickup was delayed a few days due to the location being off the route a little bit but I wasn’t in a rush. Once picked up it was delivered in 4 days to Tucson. I do wish the drivers would communicate a little better but they are contracted as well as clarify WHO the certified check should be made out to. All in all a very easy process, cost effective and made the process pretty seamless.
