Web site provides 24 hour quotes, but referrals are only made on business days. The company honors the quotes made through the web site.NX had engaged a carrier 6 AM on Monday morning from a Saturday evening booking. The carrier picked up my car from my nephew's house on the first open day I gave. The driver was polite and took 360 degree pictures of my vehicle before loading. These pictures were included in the pickup report made by the carrier. The transit time quoted by the carrier was comparable to my own transit time, and a ****** map app included with the pickup report permitted real-time tracking of the carrier's location. The driver contacted me when he was about 30 miles away. He had some difficulty finding my residence address, but he kept advising me of his position. The driver had unloaded my vehicle a short distance away, and drove it to my house. No additional damage was noted. I would use NX transport again. I was very satisfied with the experience.

I transported a 69 Ford from northern PA to Tucson AZ in an enclosed trailer. The pickup was delayed a few days due to the location being off the route a little bit but I wasn’t in a rush.
