You’ll need to remove your toll transponder or E-Z Pass or Sunpass from your vehicle. If you don’t want to remove it, you can wrap it in tin foil and place it in your glove compartment or center console.

If you do not remove it or put it away, your transponder WILL charge your account every time the carrier passes through a toll charge point. Neither National Express nor the carrier will reimburse for tolls charged to a transponder left in your vehicle. However, if you contact them they will see the trailer on the photos and should refund you.
