What Happens During the Pickup?

The driver will normally call 10 – 24 hours in advance of your pick up to arrange a meeting time. The driver and person responsible for releasing the vehicle will do a visual inspection and note it on the Bill of Lading.

All pre-transport damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be noted on a bill of lading which is signed by both the driver and releasing person. Driver takes possession of vehicle and is on his way. You must keep a copy of this inspection should any issues regarding damage arise.
