What Happens During the Delivery?

The driver will call 10 - 24 hours in advance to arrange a time. The driver and the person responsible for receiving the vehicle will do a visual inspection. This is noted on the report, also known as the Bill of Lading. Please read the article regarding Bill of Lading to understand how it works.

Any damage incurred during transit must be noted on the final bill of lading which is signed by both driver and receiving person.


COD payment is paid to driver at delivery unless paying in full on a credit card. Depending on the situation we may approve an all on card payment.

The carrier accepts cash, cashier's check, money order, or some other sort of certified funds. They may also accept Zelle (with your bank), CashApp, or Venmo if they subscribe to these services. Many do in order to have more options to receive payment from customers. This especially became popular during the 2020 pandemic for "no contact".
