My Car Is Modified. Will That Affect The Price and Availability?

<< Back

Yes, it can.

Our car shipping calculator is designed to work with the standard sizes of most vehicles. So, if you have. 4×4 or Jeep that is raised with 40″ tires, a normal carrier can’t take it. It won’t fit. This will likely cost more. Usually about $150-200 more depending on distance.

Conversely, if you have a sports car with very low clearance it may not make it onto the ramps of a standard carrier. You may need to request enclosed transport that uses a lift gate for example. This will cost 40-60% more depending on the locations.

As long as we know these things in advance we can send the right truck to get you. If you vehicle is over 7 feet tall, tell us that too.
