Yes it is. As we state, we are a door to door auto transport company. This means your vehicle will be moved from your home or other location to the destination of your choosing via curbside delivery

The only exceptions to this will be if the truck driver cannot get there legally and safely. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Also, if your vehicle is going overseas to locations such as Puerto Rico and Hawaii, it is not door-to-door. These locations will be door to port if heading to the island for is coming from the island then it is port to door.

This is the most convenient way to move your vehicle as well as the most desirable among our customers. It brings the vehicle to your doorstep / curbside. It is the opposite of terminal to terminal shipping, which is now much less common.

Auto Moving trucks are massive and need lots of space to maneuver and turn around. If your home is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns, the driver may ask you to meet the truck at a different destination.

Most trucks are at least 75 feet long and very wide, which makes it next to impossible to reach most residential areas. There can be narrow roads, power lines, trees, power lines, and other road factors. If we cannot get to your door the driver will attempt to get as close as possible to the delivery location. We can also arrange a convenient location, like a shopping center, to pick up or deliver your vehicle.
